The department Reporting, Controlling and Consolidation (RCC) is looking for a Controller Group (f/m/d) for the team Group Financial Planning & Analysis Europe (FP&A Europe).

The position will be located in Heidelberg, Germany. You will directly report to the position Head of FP&A Europe.

Your next challenge

• Take over responsibility for the review, analysis and reporting of the financial performance of specific European countries
• Ensure reporting is delivered in accordance with Group reporting guidelines, prepared on a consistent basis and submitted within deadline
• Perform (ad hoc) analysis explaining variances & performances vs. prior year or/and plan
• Prepare and review documents/presentations for the Management Board in collaboration with the Head of FP&A Europe
• Support the countries in CapEx Budgeting and Forecasting and follow the CapEx spent
• Review the CapEx projects for your respective countries
• Collaborate closely with countries as well as various Group departments

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least 2 years of working experience in controlling, accounting or finance
• Working experience with Business Intelligence Systems (Tagetik, SAP BW, SAP SEM) is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory), further language skills are a plus
• Ability to provide high quality output within deadline, even under pressure
• Strong communication skills as well as high level of commitment and flexibility
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
