We’re looking for an Associate Manager to join our Research Consulting team. As Associate Manager, you’ll gain a deep understanding of quantilope’s software and platform to provide on-going support to clients and team members on how to drive actionable research programs. This position will provide the opportunity for you to make a direct impact on our business working alongside a talented group of research consultants.

• You oversee project execution and work with our team of Research Consultants to help customers navigate the complexity of their research needs through sophisticated online survey design

• You serve as a mentor to team members on how to delight clients with novel insights and approaches or more efficient processes

• You give clients what they need (not necessarily what they want) and are prepared to say no while always ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties

• You train new customers on our software and inspire them to us it independently

• You strive to master our methods and features and proactively introduce new solutions and product features to our customers

• You partner with the Account Lead to optimize customers' experience with quantilope

• You have 5+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research (e.g advertising, branding, price optimization, product innovation, packaging design) at traditional market research agencies or research-tech companies

• You have experience at helping clients scoping and executing research projects that address their marketing needs

• You have a winning presence and excellent consulting and communication skills

• You are proactive, always looking to give the clients more than they expect

• You are eager to introduce new approaches to drive greater efficiency in our processes

• You are a problem solver at heart as it relates to project management with a clear focus on goal-oriented solutions

• You are very well-organized and stay cool even under time pressure

• You are comfortable operating in the tech-research world

• Exposure to research work on large accounts

• Knowledge of quantilope solutions and methods

• Experience with programming questionnaires in tech platforms
