We are currently building a world-class team of Sustainability Specialists (m/f/x) and in this key position exists a unique opportunity to help shape the role as well as very good growth prospects.

The lead processing of certification services for new construction and refurbishment according to DGNB and/or LEED:

• Accompanying all project phases as well as advising project participants on the implementation of sustainability goals, especially in the areas of life cycle costs, life cycle assessment, and materials selection
• Coordination of all parties involved in the certification and integration of their services
• Carrying out pre-assessments
• Participation in the preparation of tender documents
• Evaluating the cost and schedule impacts of the measures required for certification
• Preparation of evidence and communication with the auditing body
• Participation in the preparation of offers for certification services
• Preparation of documents for the commissioning of external experts

In addition, the following tasks round off the profile:

• Deepening the sustainability competence in the HENN office
• Preparation of sustainability concepts for starting projects
• Sustainability evaluation of ongoing and completed projects

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or supply engineering
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the above-mentioned areas of focus
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Independent working style and ability to work in a team
• DGNB Consultant (m/f/x) / DGNB Auditor (m/f/x) / LEED AP
