About the role
With establishing the position as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), BayWa r.e. will develop from a service and project provider additionally to an asset owner. Due to the growth of this new division within our company, our Business Entity IPP is looking for a Team Assistant (m/f/d) to support the international team in Munich in their day-to-day business.

• Accounting support (e.g. collecting & billing hours of our team, preparing intercompany invoices)
• Support in marketing the IPP (e.g. improve our IPP collaboration portal) and IPP communications (monitor a team inbox for incoming requests and act as first point of call for new opportunities externally)
• Independent appointment planning and monitoring, travel organization and travel expense accounting
• Ongoing correspondence and preparation of presentations and meeting documents, mainly in English
• Planning, organization and implementation of events, meetings and regular appointments
• Contributing to group reporting processes, creating/maintaining templates, maintaining order and content of Sharepoint folders
• Collaboration in overarching projects (e.g. compliance checks, investment approval process, etc.)

• Successfully completed training as an office administrator, an academic degree in Business Administration, Social Science or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experienced handling of the common MS Office applications
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Excellent organization skills, a networker profile, solution orientation and a team driven personality
