Join our International Admissions team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as International Admission Sepcialist (m/f/d) at one of our locations or remote.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the enrollment of international applicants, provided the documents are complete.
• You manage and update student data in the Campus Management System, and follow up on missing documents.
• You keep up to date with our study programs, marketing promotions, and discounts to assist applicants effectively.
• You provide excellent customer support to applicants, addressing inquiries via email.
• You collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Student Office, to optimize processes and enhance customer service.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial education, a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• You are goal-oriented and reliable, open to process improvements, and enjoy working in a dynamic and growing environment.
• You keep a clear head and precise working methods even in peak times and with a high workload.
• You are a team player, yet you also like to work independently.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, are proficient in MS Office, and adapt quickly to new IT systems, plus have excellent English skills.
