About the Unit

Yara aims to grow nature positive food future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees.

Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) unit 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe. In the next phase central enablement platforms will be delivered for Regional Digital Teams to develop all end-to-end customer journeys from incubation, solution development to commercial scale up.

In Region Europe we are building a team of engineers, data scientists, researchers and designers to achieve Yara’s goal to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet. Responsibilities

• Support the team conducting market research and surveys to gather insights on target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to inform product marketing strategies.
• Support the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, product presentation, etc. in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Help prepare marketing and sales enablement materials to equip the sales team with the necessary resources.
• Assist in tracking key metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and product usage.
• Contribute to the identification of customer personas and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
• Provide general administrative support to the Product Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.

Profile

• Enrolled as a student of business administration, marketing or another related area (for at least 1 year from the entry date)
• Prior experience marketing, product marketing, or related roles in SaaS companies is a plus but not required.
• Interest to learn and work in the field of digital products in agriculture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and market research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
