Drive innovation with us! As a Senior Digital Product Manager (m/f/x), you will actively accompany the digital transformation of our customers and develop digital and customized solutions. Support our team at our location in Gütersloh, Hamburg, Cologne or Hannover and temporarily from the mobile office.
Your tasks
- As a member of our Digital Products Team your mission is to show our customers the path to value and success with our SaaS product “Arvato Customer Experience Cloud“
- Identify, reach out and build rapport with key stakeholders at existing clients and establish a trusted and meaningful relationship
- Define customer experience related goals with our clients, track progress as well as operational metrics and conduct in regular business reviews
- Be a trusted advisor, share best practice, insights and provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experiences and drive ROI
- Promote our product, create new qualified sales opportunities to cross- and up-sell the product portfolio within your assigned customer base
- Manage contractual requirements and ensure that all outlined commitments are achieved
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and drive product development
- Identify industry trends and take part in regular product vision refinements
- Contribute to the scalability of the product and customer success team through documentation and continuous process optimization
Your profile
- 3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role
- Experience in working with demanding large, strategic global accounts
- Ability to explain technical products and processes clearly
- Experience in E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Marketing or CRM technology projects is a strong plus
- Experience in agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
- Growth mindset, self-motivated with an action oriented positive attitude
- Data-driven mindset, digital-savvy and willing to learn new skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German
