Functional area: Administration
Your tasks
- Independent completion of organisational and administrative tasks in the secretariat of the works council committee OPEA South (Essen)
- Planning, organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, assemblies including telephone and video conferences as well as domestic travel, including downstream travel expense accounting
- Preparation of meeting documents as well as minutes or follow-up of required feedback including deadline control
- Ordering IT and office supplies
- Cooperation with third parties as well as collaboration in the completion of specialist tasks
- Processing and checking orders/invoices/payments
- Commissioning services after prior approval, including independent monitoring of deadlines
- Connect administration to support information updates
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training with relevant work experience
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Strong (self-) organisational skills combined with the ability to work in a team with others
- Organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent user skills in Word, (Excel), PowerPoint and Sharepoint as well as knowledge of RWE SAP financial system including Purchase Orders, Invoices.
- Ability to network strongly and effectively and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Strong understanding of teamwork
- Absolute trustworthiness, commitment and friendliness in appearance and communication as well as diplomatic skills and tactfulness
- Reliable, structured and goal-oriented approach to work with the ability to work independently
- Very good written and oral German skills. Good written and spoken English is a plus
Knowledge of issues and processes relevant to co-determination would be an advantage
