Your role
Together with your team, you will advise national and international companies in the healthcare industry, from analysis to conception and implementation
Identifying new business opportunities and developing upselling strategies.
Identifying efficiency gains, cost savings and quality improvements.
You will carry out technical analyses (e.g. evaluation of solution providers, market analyses, etc.) and be responsible for the design and implementation of digitalisation solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology industries.
As a mentor, you will support the personal and professional development of young colleagues with advice, support and the right career tips, while at the same time your mentor will prepare you for the role of manager.
Your profile
You have an excellent university degree and several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, including as a project and team leader.
You think strategically and entrepreneurially - and are hands-on at the same time.
You are analytical and creative in solving problems.
You are a team player with social skills.
You already have experience in the life science industry / digital health / clinical trials or software as a medical device (SaMD).
You are fluent in German and English.
