We are looking for an Senior Controller (f/m/d) to join our Finance Team. If this sounds like your next challenge and you want to grow within this role, we are happy to receive your application!

Responsibilities

You will lead month-end activities and follow policies to assure accuracy and completion of financial audits
You will run and steer the monthly reporting and forecasting as well as the annual budgeting process
You will deep-dive into Saloodo! P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Working Capital and Cash Flow and manage the related actions
You will coordinate A/R and A/P reconciliation management
You will business partnering with operations, marketing and IT to enable business decisions
You will interface all finance related questions that occur in daily business or through business expansion into new products and markets
You will guide the team in respect of accounting treatment for non-standard transactions
You will align all tax relevant topics with corporate tax experts

Projects

You will continuously work on process optimizations within Saloodo! to improve timeliness and quality
You will steer other adhoc projects within the finance functions

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of work experience in corporate finance/controlling, business development, or consulting
Experience in logistics sector is a plus
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting or similar degree
You own your tasks and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and flexible environment within small and talented teams
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex business problems
You have proven track record of project management skills
You have very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English.
