The Coordinator Information and Knowledge Management provides strategic direction for Information Governance and develops and implements an Information Management strategy that supports the organisation's vision and objectives.

In your role you will

• Provide strategic direction for Information Governance
• Implement and sustain the Information Governance framework, policies and controls
• Develop and implement an Information Management strategy in collaboration with the leadership of the organisation that supports the organisation's vision and objectives
• Develop, together with the leadership of the organisation, the vision, objectives, metrics and deliverables of the Knowledge Management framework and its implementation
• Define and manage Knowledge Management practices, as well as design knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of the practices
• Analyse the effectiveness of the Knowledge Management programs by observing its usage and evaluate its impact in terms of the organisational benefits

(In future) you will lhave leading disciplinary direct reporting functions in the team to take decisions within their area of responsibility, assuring a functioning system of delegation of power, taking decisions on hiring and termination of contracts, managing overtime, absences and leave days for directly reporting positions, addressing complaints and resolving disputes within the unit requiring management attention.

You Have

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent significant experience within the area (IT, information sciences, etc)
• Experience in digital information management
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Complete fluency in written and oral English as well as good knowledge of German
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to discuss technical requirements with a wide range of non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and an effective organiser

• Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 6 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 4.380 Euro to a maximum of 5.543 Euro, depending on the relevant professional experience
