We are the central digital media team which is responsible for the global advertising and marketing tech stack and concepts for 1:x communication. We keep an eye on our technology stack, marketing data and Marketing Mix Modelling that shows changing trends in our marketing activities and advertising consumption and ensure that known and unknown customers interact with our media and sales channels online and offline. We actively embrace diversity, provide a sneaker-friendly atmosphere and are offering a challenging task in our Munich headquarters.
What awaits you?
- You take care of developing digital performance campaigns on global platforms (e. g. Meta, YouTube, DV360, Adform, TikTok, LinkedIn) including definition of audiences, test designs, A/B testing etc.
- You enhance our global technical infrastructure (e.g. DSP, DMP, CDP) together with our internal colleagues and external partners.
- You enhance, operate, and use our Marketing Mix Modelling, data applications and dashboards to create insights and steer our marketing activities.
- You manage marketing projects across central departments, our international colleagues in the national sales companies as well as our lead agency partners.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in business administration, business analytics, computer science or related subjects, with a specialization in marketing, media or consumer research.
- Relevant practical experience of 4 years in digital performance marketing at an agency or corporate.
- Relevant knowledge in building and operating Marketing Mix Modelling and other marketing data models.
- Proven track-record on high-scale digital marketing in a major industry (preferable e-commerce, automotive, telecommunication).
- Expert knowledge in digital advertising technology (e.g. DSP, DMP, CDP) mandatory.
- Expert knowledge of Marketing Technologies (e.g. Google, Adform, Meta, Adobe), Powerpoint, Excel, Dashboard tools and CRM.
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus but not mandatory.
