The Talent & Learning Specialist drives the establishment of the C&A ONE Learning Organization. The role drives the development and maintenance of our Learning Management System and develops and facilitates the Onboarding Process within the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain the Learning Management System including its guidelines and processes to establish a smooth C&A Learning environment
• Partner with the business and bring individual learning requests to our LMS (Learning Management System) to grow our international learning landscape
• Develop, manage and facilitate the entire Onboarding Process to retain new talents right from the start
• Lead the cooperation with our language learning provider to foster international collaboration within C&A
• Support the Talent Team in different topics to bring our initiatives and projects to success, e.g. content creation, onsite events, LMS administration and development, etc.
• Manage the Ariba invoicing process to ensure a smooth and reliable invoicing within the team

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Fluent in business English, oral and written.
• Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, preferably Success Factors
• Analytical Thinking

• Microsoft Office Basics
