As Community Manager you will be responsible for interacting, growing and managing the Q communities that play a crucial role in the Q environment.

Tasks

• Organize on-premise and virtual events and meetups for the Q and overall blockchain community
• Create, translate and curate regular social media, blogs, social media posts
• Build and nurture community advocate programs and campaigns that build brand passion
• Manage and cultivate community on social media and community channels such as Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, and more
• Attend industry events (costs are paid), suggest events to participate
• Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community growth and engagement metrics
• Work closely together with Marketing and Communication and ultimately grow the Q ecosystem

Requirements

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Organized, resourceful and a self-starter
• Active social media user on Twitter, Telegram and other social media and community channels
• Deep understanding of internet culture
• You love and know all the latest memes
• Fantastic interpersonal skills and a great listener
• Passion for building welcoming inclusive blockchain community
• Passion for the blockchain space and its transformational nature to change the world for the better
• 3+ years of work experience in managing and growing communities
• Experience in working with a global team across geographic and cultural boundaries
• Exceptionally well-organized, efficient with managing marketing calendars in different channels and conversations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to manage competing priorities and high demands
• Ability to build and mentor a high performing team
• Experience in owning relationships with external partners and organizations
• Experience in curating technical content
• Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
• Ability to operate independently and take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Expertise in working with various online community platforms and tools
• The role can be done remotely, but availability during some working hours in the Central European Time zone is required.
