Looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for a financial brokerage firm. The analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, identifying trends, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) from operational data. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- +3 years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a financial brokerage firm or relevant industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
