Job Details

While managing a team of 8, you'll be responsible for cooperate with our sales management, the sales reps and directly with our customers to manage order processing, and offer-processing.
We're looking for someone with good experience in customer service -better experience in managing a CS-Team.
Must be bi-lingual (German top-skills, English business skills) and is able to support a heterogene team.
You will be expected to work from the Office in Nuremberg 50% of the week

Key responsibilities

What will this role involve?

Managing the "customer service -National- (8 clerks).
Organisation of an effective an customer related customer-service.
Representing the company to customers via back office.
Assessing all new customer specific requirements/contracts and overseeing day-to-day operations according to standard procedures.
Central review and optimization of the backorder situation in consultation with the supply chain.
Support of the sales staff by the back office in the further development of the sales network.
Support of the sales management in the field of pricing and the offer system
Control and ensure compliance with all internal and local regulations.
Ensuring the correct GPO assignments at all clinics within Germany.
Central IT contact person for the entire customer service regarding system optimization.
Checking and updating of the department-specific Quality Service documents (VA, SOP).
Management of incoming complaints (quality service) using the eQMS system.
Ensuring a continuous improvement system for the Customer Service Team-Germany.

What we're looking for?

Proficiency in German, business skills in English.
Previous relevant experience in medical devices industry would be helpful.
Excellent communication skills with customers and with the team.
Excellent management, organisational and customer service skills.
Independent work and prioritization of workload according to customer needs (time management).
Flexibility and adaptation to current events.
Business thinking/cost awareness.
Good knowledge of the used IT-systems (ORACLE-ERP, ORACLE-CRM, eQMS, external pricing, chrystal reports etc.
Good knowledge of Windows programms (teams, outlook, MXMS-office etc.)
