As a Junior Research Consultant, you’ll gain a deep understanding of quantilope’s Agile insights Platform to provide on-going support for client and internal projects. Junior Research Consultants are quick problem solvers, dedicated to client satisfaction, and have a passion for consumer insights.

• You support our Research Consultants in the ideation and execution of market research projects.

• You become an expert in our methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint, A/B testing, System 1, etc.) and understand the features/capabilities of our various tools for clients.

• You educate clients and provide on-going support for using our Agile Insights Platform.

• You gather client feedback and share possible problems/solutions with the product management team.

• You will become a trusted advisor and partner to ensure our platform is integrated into our customers' daily workflows and processes.

• You are enthusiastic about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies.

• You have earned a degree in economics, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics.

• You gained first experiences in market research with a marketing focus (e.g. pricing, advertising impact, product and packaging design, branding).

• You have very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the conception of studies and questionnaires.

• You already have experience with different quantitative methods (e.g. A/B tests, MaxDiff, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, System 1).

• You are well organized and you stay cool even under time pressure.

• You have a winning presence and excellent consulting and communication skills.

Estimated base salary: $64,000-$72,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors including experience and market data. The working hours are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
