Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Retail Operations, or Supply Chain analytics.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, sporting goods, or consumer goods is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset accompanied by excellent numerical capabilities.
Solid understanding of key retail metrics such as sell-through, weeks of supply, and stock cover.
Proficient in processing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with allocation or planning software is a plus.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally.
Proactive, solution-driven, and eager to expand skill sets.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
