Processmanager - Customer Service (m/f/d)
Your Role in our Team
- Your main task will be to coordinate, define and document service processes in cooperation with the customer service team and across departments
- This includes the organizational support of the SAP project planning and its optimization
- In addition, you will be responsible for the administrative management and maintenance of the Jira service ticket system, the Confluence knowledge database, the service intranet and the organization of the documentation structure
- You take care of the ongoing updating of the software manuals for the end users and the adjustment of the process diagrams
- You ensure the conception, implementation and testing of interfaces between new and existing software solutions
- Within the department, you monitor and control the software updates in the Customer Service area
- You take over the administrative management of the digital quality management manual (Roxtra)
Your Profile
- You have a degree in economics/industrial engineering/business informatics or a similar qualification
- Ideally, you have already taken part in further training measures in the administrative/economics area
- You have already gained many years of professional experience in the administrative area
- In addition to excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- An overall understanding of business administration is one of your strengths along with good MS Office skills
- Organization, teamwork, commitment, flexibility, as well as an analytical, independent and responsible way of working and thinking characterize you
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of working with SAP and Sales Force
