As a Student Assistant People & Culture (m/f/d) you are studying business administration, human resources management or a similar course of study and are keen to gain practical experience in the field of People & Culture.
Empathic, outgoing, and fun with organizational and administrative work, you will support the People & Culture team from the hiring process to offboarding.
You have a passion for modern approaches in the area of New Work and enjoy integrating and driving them forward.
Your tasks: - Support in the recruiting process
- Participating in projects concerning Employer Branding
- Independent planning and implementation of the Young Talent Program
- Preparation of job references
- Administrative support in People & Culture Management
