Your Role in Receivables Management
As a member of our Collection Services team, you will take ownership of a customer portfolio and maintain high standards in receivables management. Your core responsibilities include:
- Executing proactive dunning activities and documenting system results to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Managing dispute cases and collaborating with sales and credit managers for swift resolution.
- Handling post-dunning processes efficiently.
- Serving as the primary contact for external clients and internal business partners.
Your Professional Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training in Business and Commerce or a related degree.
- Initial experience in accounts receivable and proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office is preferred.
- Fluency in English along with Italian and/or French; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation.
