Your Impact in Our Team

As a key enabler within E.ON's digital transformation programs, you will strategically plan, steer, and monitor all testing activities. Your expertise will propel us towards becoming a digital-first energy company. This is a meaningful and rewarding role where your contributions truly matter.

• Efficiently manage end-to-end projects, overseeing governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget.

• Strategically define and implement robust test management strategies and governance to optimize workflows, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

• Inspire and coordinate the testing team, including external partners, leveraging proven frameworks and processes.

• Act as the primary liaison for all testing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with various teams and senior stakeholders.

• Uphold stringent quality assurance and audit conformity standards across all program activities.

• Proactively assess testing risks and engineer effective mitigation strategies.

• Champion test automation by implementing cutting-edge tools and continuously enhancing E.ON’s testing frameworks and strategies.

Your Authentic and Open-minded Profile

• Hold a degree in Business, IT, or a closely related discipline.

• Possess substantial experience in digital technology projects, encompassing both test and project management.

• Demonstrate exceptional consulting, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Proven track record of success in cross-functional teams and effectively managing external partners.

• Exhibit advanced proficiency in test management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Solution Manager, and Spira.

• Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and deploying test automation solutions.

• Fluent command of both English and German, in speaking and writing.
