Marketing Associate (all genders)
Location of the role: Germany/Spain (Remote)
As a Marketing Associate at TrustYou, you will be part of our international Marketing team and work remotely from either Germany or Spain! You will be responsible for managing the lead conversion process and working closely with sales to successfully execute. You will manage our social media outlets including paid campaigns and reporting on these activities. You will work closely in Salesforce with a focus on data integrity and accuracy. You will work closely with our content marketing manager to provide backup with some of our tech stacks.

- Supporting Sales and Marketing functions and operations, including managing social media, lead qualification activities, and marketing software
- Managing social media outlets and paid ads
- Analyzing paid campaign performance data to monitor results and drive incremental improvement
- Assisting in posting marketing content and communication pieces to aid in lead generation and brand recognition
- Coordinating required Salesforce (SFDC) usage standards with Sales teams to maintain a clean database and database integrity
- Building critical elements of marketing campaigns such as email campaigns, content tracks, content string translations, microsites, and landing pages
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Demonstrate a solid track record with 2-4 years of experience in Marketing; prior experience in Hospitality is a plus
- Display outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Possess Graphic design skills
- Show familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management tool
- Have a background in Marketing Automation (Pardot)
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing social media tools, such as including LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns
