This role on our customer experience team involves day-to-day customer interaction and responsibilities in operations & processes execution. It's a fast-track role to multiple other opportunities within our rapidly growing business.

You will work within a dynamic global team and have plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced founders who are building their 3rd successful B2B start-up as a team. You will be a part of our Berlin hub and will work closely colleagues in Asia and the U.S.

Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day interaction with clients at multiple levels, including individual learners
• Manage processes to deliver our team-based, training-as-a-service product to global clients
• Develop close working relationship with clients so you understand & anticipate their needs
• Track cohort progress to ensure successful course completion
• Participate & lead onboarding webinars/learner discussion forums
