Showroom Manager
Your mission is to...
- head the Düsseldorf showroom and guarantee that both the training centre, the reception area and the corresponding apartment are ready for use by our customers, i.e. primarily integrators and (interior design) architects as well as our colleagues of the sales team.
- prepare the scheduled visits by integrators and architects and be able to give them a tour of the premises.
- ensure the facility management of the showroom: maintenance and clean-up, refreshments during visits, infrastructure defects, ...
- manage the showroom schedule, handle reception and telephone duties, ...
- organise customer events in the showroom.
- contribute to the branding and help build the name awareness of Basalte in the Düsseldorf region (and beyond).
- coordinate the installation of new products by the support team and ensure that the latest additions to the range are on display in the showroom.
- support the sales team during events and training courses.
- take care of communications and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
We expect you to ...
- have an entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- work autonomously and respect deadlines.
- have a commercial mindset and always put the customer first.
- work in a structured, disciplined and orderly manner.
- be creative and have a passion for (interior) design.
- be fluent in English and German.
- hold a bachelor’s degree in a commercial or construction-related field.
