Content Strategist (m/w/d)

We want you to:

Implement our content and communication strategy
Execute the PR and social media communications of HCM
Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and websites.
Design and execute communication plans and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distributions
Own and execute of our search engine optimization strategy
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels, create and maintain general communication guidelines.
Collaborate with broader stakeholders to produce compelling and informative content that resonates with our target audience – including but not limited to researching customer needs and relevant industry / functional related topics, sourcing visual content, and aligning messaging
Align with stakeholders and marketing team on content development roadmap and priorities

About you:

Min. 5+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, communications or a similar role
Outstanding written communication and editorial skills with a good sense for detail.
Native English speaker preferred
Experience translating and localizing content for a multitude of languages
Passion for creating informative, engaging, and persuasive content
Strong business acumen – with ability to effectively communicate think-cell value to various target audiences.
Good understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
