• Lead, manage and empower a small team of e-commerce experts and production managers
• Serve as a central agent to bring together production, e-commerce, fulfillment and the creative team to help develop the department’s structure, processes, product portfolio and strategy
• Lead team to meet KPIs and actively initiate measures to improve collaboration with suppliers, our product portfolio and inventory management as well as sales and marketing efforts
• Consolidate data within the team to create a strong basis for data driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure a smooth flow of information and manage stakeholders effectively

• Several years of experience in the fields of operations, e-commerce, supply chain management, or comparable
• Ability to lead a diverse team of topical experts
• Very strong organizational skills
• Data-driven approach to decision-making; strong analytical skills
• Proactive, energetic, hands-on personality, who identifies with our brand and enjoys working with a motivated team
• Demonstrated proficiency in English, particularly for negotiations (C2 level)
• Authorized for unrestricted business travel to EU and US
• Living in Munich, or willingness to relocate to Munich
