• Lead IT Projects:
  • Develop, plan, and implement IT projects, ensuring that they are executed within scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations, updates, and risks to team members and stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and create strategies to manage and mitigate them.
  • Escalate risks and issues as necessary and work on resolution strategies.
• ITIL & ITSM Compliance:
  • Ensure ITIL and ITSM processes, principles, and practices are applied and adhered to throughout the project life cycle.
  • Regularly review and optimize IT service management processes and practices for continuous improvement.
• Resource Management:
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring the optimal allocation of assets within the project.
• Documentation:
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
• Performance Management:
  • Monitor project performance and progress to ensure the alignment with the project goals.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Certification in ITIL and experience with ITSM is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, r related financial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the financial industry and systems.
• Proven experience in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
