Your role
- As Head of HR Transformation Test Manager you will play a key in the digitalization of HR and the enablement of an efficient and qualitative HR transformation Projects for ZEISS.
- In this role you will conceptionally develop, implement, and oversee policies, guidelines, and standards for Testing activities for all relevant global HR Transformation Projects, eg. Set up of global Workforce Planning or Workday Roll Outs.
- You will define, run, and govern the testing strategy and initiatives within the global HR Transformation Team and facilitate your international colleagues to drive for quality testing and support.
- You will establish and provide testing and support solutions for the HR Leadership, by planning and con-structing testing frameworks, processes, standard procedures, and methodologies and train your colleagues, how to contribute to these Test or Support Management tasks.
- Hence, you will allocate test and support resources (internal and external) to projects in a multi-project en-vironment.
- As a disciplinary Manager of the global functional HR testing Team, you are responsible to set up internal testing SLAs, track and monitor the raised incidents and resolutions and to derive potential improvements.
- Learn and support new modules of Workday and create a test path for workday projects.
- Work with Workday leadership and modules leads to coordinate testing.
- You are responsible to contribute within the global and local evaluation, implementation and roll-out of HR Projects and ensure the smooth go live in time, budget, and quality.
- Furthermore, you will define, implement, track, and maintain (test) metrics, as well as Quality (K)PIs for HR and analyze and enable Test Automatization cases for the future.
Your profile
- Education Degree in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar
- Over 7 years professional experience in contributing to projects throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Over 7 years professional experience as Test Manager in a multinational Consulting Company
- Over 7 years professional experience working in Support Structures Disciplinary Management experience, leading minimum 3 international colleagues.
- Experience in implementing DevOps solutions for Testing, or similar solutions.
- General Project Management experience
- Solution-oriented mindset and high IT affinity.
- Strong in organization and communication skills and Fluent in written and spoken English.
