For the department "ADAS/AD Pre-Development" we are looking for an intern or thesis student for the project AI camera perception. The department works on software for automated driving in urban environments. Within this department, we are a team of ambitious and highly motivated experts in the field of environment perception for self-driving vehicles.
- Research and assess novel algorithms for bird’s-eye-view perception
- Use machine learning networks to fuse data from multiple sensors
- Investigate, train and evaluate networks for different downstream tasks (e.g. tracking, occupancy prediction)
- Cooperate closely within the perception team to advance the self-driving stack
- Enrolled student in the area of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Good general knowledge of designing, implementing and training neural networks with common machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorRT
- Applied knowledge in software development and programming in Python, C++
- Strong communication skills and analytical understanding
