DiscoEat (Discover and Eat) is the largest restaurant discovery platform. We make the restaurant service more convenient and easier so that on one platform restaurants can manage and promote their business, and customers can discover new places with favorable offers.

We are looking for a specialist who:

• has 3+ years of experience working with PHP
• knows SQL and working with relational databases and queue systems
• understands and uses object-oriented design patterns
• knows how to cover code with tests
• works comfortably in English

Not necessarily, but cool if you:

• have experience with Amazon Web Services and Elasticsearch
• have experience with high-load applications and know-how to optimize their performance
• worked in startups and know all their pros and cons

You will work with the following stack:

• PHP 7.4/8, Laravel/Symfony, REST API, Aurora DB (MySQL), Git + Github, Elasticsearch
• Amazon Web (SQS, S3, EC2, OpsWorks, etc.) and Google services
• Atlassian Stack

What you will do:

• develop REST APIs for mobile, web, and internal applications
• participate in the development of architectural solutions
• code reviews and support your colleagues
