What part will you play?

• In the position as Strategic Marketing Manager (f/m/d) your responsibility is to conceive, develop, and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen cooperation with the Siemens Businesses. You will continue to help SFS (Siemens Financial Services) position itself globally as a reliable partner that creates added value for all Siemens business areas
• You have the responsibility for the technical management of strategic trade fairs as part of strategic marketing (e.g. Hannovermesse, Light & Building, Innotrans). You do this in close collaboration with the Financing Solution Partners, the communications department and the marketing departments of the business units and countries
• In addition, you will be the technical lead for strategic campaigns for SFS on overarching topics such as Vertical Markets and Sustainability. You will launch these campaigns globally with a focus on digital marketing and social media and roll them out together with your marketing colleagues in the regions and countries. This also includes continuous measurement & controlling of these initiatives.
• You analyze and structure complex issues, develop solution approaches and prepare presentations for C-Level
• You have convincing presentation skills, also at top management level
• You convince with strong professional flexibility, quick comprehension skills, and excellent project management skills
• You support SFS and SD (Strategic Development) management, as well as Financing Solution Partners, in organizing and conducting (sales-related) top management meetings
• You encourage team development, particularly fostering empowerment, and a growth mindset

What you need to make real what matters.

• The basis of your career is a successfully completed university degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, Economics or Sales
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing and communications or sales (Siemens and/or external), (project) experience in industrial business and/or in the corporate finance area of Siemens AG. Experience with regulated financial services units (including in Germany) is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing and social media as well as in rolling out international campaigns is one of your assets
• Furthermore, you have extensive project management experience with cross-functional and multinational teams, including overarching leadership, coordination of individual workstreams, and stakeholder management
• Preferably, you had an extended stay (>1 year) in an English-speaking or Asian country during your studies or professional career
• You can demonstrate strategic thinking, customer orientation, result orientation and strong communication skills
• Fluent English skills complete your profile. German skills are a plus.
