WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Global Learning & Development Strategic Partnership Management team is seeking to recruit a working student for an internship. The Global L&D Strategic Partnerships Student will support our Semi-Annual Vendor Business Reviews and maintaining several integral internal vendor databases.
This role will work and learn a variety of systems and business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, Trello, Verint, Coupa, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to build high quality and functional assets and meaningful presentations. The ideal candidate would be able to join us for 1-2 years in this role.

• Analyzing and converting data into charts/tables

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Learning function, Procurement, Finance and within the Strategic Partnership team

• Working as part of a global team and excel at working with colleagues in a virtual environment

• Problem-solving and are reliably flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Maintaining a good grasp of the big picture while focusing on the day-to-day details needed to succeed in your work

• Working with detailed and complex matters, and you impress people with your structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 
  Ability to get up to speed fast on new processes and have a desire to learn new technologies

• Skilled at tailoring your communication style based on whom you are speaking to

• Flexible and can respond quickly to a variety of administrative tasks

• Desires to collaborate with and support others

• Excellent listening skills and are well structured when taking notes

• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote).

• Fluent in spoken and written English and are a confident and professional communicator

• Prior work, internship experience in a progressive corporate environment a plus

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll be part of the Learning Experience Design and Operations team at BCG. We are a closely knit virtual team of over 100 team members from Taipei to Boston. We are deeply connected by our passion for learning, our desire to grow ourselves, and help others to do so. You’ll report directly to Tracy Gracey, Global L&D Strategic Partnership Manager (London, England) and have a local manager as well as other Students to learn from in Munich. The L&D Team will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your work, even though the team primary team members you will interact with are not out of the Munich office.
