Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In your role as a Crisis Communication Coordinator, you will develop comprehensive guidelines and essential measures to address company-wide incident and crisis communication topics to protect the Siemens Healthineers company's reputation
- You will take over the lead for the crisis and incident communications coordination with necessary actions such as holding statement, Q&A document, etc.
- As the Crisis Communications Coordinator and the designated "single point of contact" for other members of the “Fast Response team” and you will be collaborating with relevant key stakeholders
- You will play a pivotal role in managing both internal and external communication for the company throughout the duration of the incident/ crisis
- You will steer the Communication Fast Response Team, collaborating with relevant key stakeholders such as Legal & Compliance, Corporate Security, Cyber Security, etc., and fostering a cooperative relationship management approach
- You will analyze and summarize monitoring reports
- Your role will encompass managing communication activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility within the context of incident and crisis communications
- Your responsibilities also include an active engagement in strategic projects to protect our company's reputation

Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a university degree in business administration, communications, journalism, marketing, or in a related area
- You have longtime international experience in a communications role, with a proven record in crisis communications, development and implementation of various target group-specific prevention and communication measures
- You are experienced in using digital formats and social media and include them in your communication activities
- International knowledge about public/governmental topics as well as about health care, medical technology, or a life sciences background is considered an advantage
- Research and monitoring of topics, trends, and best practices in communications are part of your professional expertise
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a strong command of both the English and German languages, and proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage
