Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Drive revenue growth via our docmorris.de web shop and related brands
• Optimize the buying experience from search to payment to increase conversion rate
• Suggest new shop features to improve customer experience
• Define and run A/B tests for systematic improvements of web shop features
• Closely monitor shop performance KPIs and provide new insights into user behavior
• Take ownership of the role as business owner for the web shop
• Form a close team with our Product Management to define, validate and prioritize the feature roadmap of our web shops

Strengths

• You have extensive experience in online sales or as a business owner
• You are customer-oriented and have a sense of providing a good customer experience
• You base your decisions on data and analysis
• You take responsibility and contribute your own ideas
• New challenges motivate you to seek new solutions
• You approach your projects proactively and work with a focus on results
• You enjoy working in a team and are skilled in collaborating with other departments
• You are fluent in English and have at least a good command of German
