Aufgaben
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to production executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for executives, cast, and crew.
- Personal Assistance: Support key production personnel with day-to-day personal tasks, ensuring their schedules and personal needs are efficiently managed.
- On-Set Support: Be present on set to assist with daily operations, ensuring all production activities run smoothly.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize important documents, including call sheets, scripts, shot lists, and other essential paperwork.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
- Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of production supplies and equipment.
- Talent Assistance: Support cast members with their on-set needs, including coordinating schedules and facilitating any special requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly and efficiently address any production-related issues that may arise, finding solutions to keep the production on track.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
Qualifikation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production software/tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
