Job Description:

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Festival Booker to join our team on a freelance basis. This role will focus on securing festival bookings for our roster of talented artists, ensuring they gain the exposure and performance opportunities they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with festival organizers and promoters locally, nationally, and internationally
• Secure festival bookings for our artists, ensuring optimal scheduling and exposure.
• Negotiate performance fees, contracts, and logistical arrangements
• Coordinate with artists and their management teams to ensure all booking requirements are met
• Stay updated on industry trends and upcoming festival opportunities
• Manage and track booking activities, maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Work closely with our management and booking team to align on strategic goals and artist development plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a booker, preferably with a focus on festivals
• Extensive network within the festival and music industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for electronic music, particularly trance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Flexibility to travel and attend festivals and events if needed
