Smatched is a fast-growing startup that revolutionizes the way we pay for microtransactions by participating in quick surveys to subsidies cash payments. Smatched started in 2021 with it´s own App and has today more than 30k+ users.
Tasks
- Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics
- Engaging with and responding to social media followers
- Assisting in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns
- Researching and staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
- Assisting in the creation of social media marketing reports and presentations
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
- Assisting in the creation of a social media content calendar.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Experience creating and managing social media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with graphic design or photo editing software a plus
- Familiarity with marketing and branding principles
- Strong interest in the industry and a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, able to track and report on campaign performance
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
