Responsible and lead of the Clinical Warehouse department with the shift operational activity and performance for all warehouse staff and facilities relating to the warehouse in a safe, environmental, efficient and GxP compliant manner.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical and disciplinary management of a team of > 15 Warehouse Operators

Responsible for all warehouse operations - such as goods in, storage, distribution, returns and maintenance

Take care of keeping aligned Service Level for all national and international client shipments

Responsible for inventory management, like stock movements and cycle counts

Ensuring compliance with all safety instructions and regulations

Close collaboration with Production, Quality and Projects teams

Support and work on GMP compliance activities in the eQMS system

Driving creation/adjustment of work instructions and SOPs
-
Support and coordinate continuous improvement projects for the Operations Department

Motivating, further development and performance management of the team

Supporting external client audits, when required
PREREQUISITES:
-
Minimum 5 years work experience in a managerial position within logistics sector, with proven team leadership experience

Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations.

Confident handling Microsoft Office and ERP systems, ideally JDE (Oracle)
-
Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
