Job Description
Our unit Process Governance and Strategy executes, drives and maintains the governance of the Deal Life Cycle value chain and bridges the activities cross-functionally between departments with a geographical and customer focus. We ensure a high level of quality of process management methodologies and concepts, performance measures and continues improvement activities, to support new business requirements, market requirement and increase customer satisfaction continuously.
The Deal Entry to Payment (DETP) process is a repeatable, coherent sequence of interlinked processes, which cover the live cycle of a deal and it’s commercial and compliance relevant conditions and obligations. All process steps and activities are performed with diverse ETRM Trading Systems and result into the SAP financial reporting environment. The processes have a clearly defined input and will conclude in a certain material or immaterial output for internal or external customers. This is a limited two-year contract covering a maternity leave.
In the role of Business Process Analyst this will be your responsibilities:
- Drive process-oriented analyses of country specific business inquiries to increase efficiency and performance of the deal entry to payment processes
- Evaluate qualitative and quantitative benefits and engage in solution findings, utilizing difference OE tools (e.g. Process Mapping, Root cause analyses, MIFA Analyses, Incident Management, Process modelling, VoC and Stakeholder Interviews etc)
- Promote and focus high level of customer satisfaction by continuous improvements initiatives
- Plan and organize regular Stakeholder Meetings cross-functionally and establish decision making principles
- Supervise on proper documentation of process management standards, coordinate and maintain regular annual process revisions
- Facilitat and provide business support for the MRB Management strategic activities and related yearly cross-functional topics, by preparation, follow ups and scheduling activities and organization of departmental events. You will be aligning closely departmental topics with all MRB Leaders. Stakeholder management and strong communication skills is required in this role
