   Within our interdisciplinary team "Engineering Cross Functions" we focus on maintaining and refining existing on-premise and cloud backend solutions, alongside implementing new and innovative functions and services.
 With a primary goal of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction, our operations model thrives on a DevOps / System of Systems culture. Team “Quality and Processes” builds the foundation for excellence and acts as the interface to many stakeholders.
 
 The team enables the operation of the Digital Car Services by designing operation processes and supporting the organization in implementation.

    - Coordinate and assure the quality of service transition from agile teams to the support organization
-  Manage end-to-end service transition activities in a global setting in collaboration with other brands, suppliers, and agile teams
-  Consult and train agile team members on transition processes
-  Review and release transition-related work products
-  Create status and progress reports
-  Plan, coordinate, and execute live demos in collaboration with process partners
-  Conduct continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons-learned workshops
 - Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
-  Several years of work experience in Digital Services and/or IT Service Management
-  Advanced knowledge of agile methods and IT service management
-  Extended knowledge of agile software development, in particular Scrum or SAFe
-  Analytical thinking, structured and proactive work behavior
-  Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment using agile methods, with an affinity for mobility and connection services
-  Lots of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, learning new things, and really making a difference in the organization
-  Fluent English language skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
