Venquis Internal sucht einen dynamischen Pod Leader in Nürnberg, der ein Team von 3-5 Mitarbeitern führt und deren Entwicklung vom Trainee- bis zum Consultant-Level verantwortet. Der ideale Kandidat ist energiegeladen, anpassungsfähig und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die Führung des Teams, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und die Förderung einer engagierten und motivierten Unternehmenskultur. Der Pod Leader ist maßgeblich an der Erreichung der Teamziele und der persönlichen Leistungsziele beteiligt.

We're seeking a dynamic manager who leads by example and embodies Venquis values. You will lead a team of 3-5 individuals, guiding their development from trainee to consultant level.

Responsibilities:
Delivery
· Lead by example
· Build and engage relevant candidate pools
· Drive candidate lifecycle management, from registration/screening to successful placement, whether for live jobs or speculative approaches to clients
· Use influence and persuasion to close opportunities
· Consistently fill roles within set SLAs
· Independently resolve objections and issues throughout the candidate journey, providing constructive feedback to candidates when necessary
· Demonstrate expertise in questioning candidates and obtaining quality information
Management
· Create a high-performing team through clear direction, vision, and guidance
· Maintain quality standards – enforce the standards set by Venquis
· Assist your Team Leader in training & developing your Pod from Trainee to Consultant level to deliver fill rates & quality ratios set by the business (0-12 months)
· Own the end-to-end Venquis delivery process for your pod, ensuring adherence to the process
· Coach team members on successful candidate management & engagement
· Advise team members on how to use influence and persuasion to close opportunities
· Monitor the progress of mentored staff, identify development areas & help them improve their performance to develop to the next level to report back to Team Leader
· Work with the team to improve industry knowledge, leveraging internal knowledge and training opportunities
· Actively communicate an engaged, driven & motivated culture
· Ensure compliance with organisational policy and procedures related to Pod Lead responsibilities (sickness, holiday, absences etc…)
· Ensure the management scheduling of work with sickness and holidays within your Pod.
