These are your tasks:

Customer satisfaction is one of DHLs key priorities. Therefore, we have several instruments and processes in place to guide our customer from first contact, over implementation until running operations in our warehouses.

You will work in close contact with our customer towards joint goals, guided by senior managers from our “Client Success“ and “Project Delivery“ -teams.

In detail you will…

• Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings
• Work on identified follow-up tasks from above mentioned meetings
• Most tasks will require in-dept knowledge of our Warehouse Management System, which we will equip you with
• Working with different Input factors and Stakeholders
• Creative thinking to find solutions for operational problems within a standardized product
• Transforming customer solutions into standard product features, if proven valuable

Qualifications:

Educational Level

• This application targets Bachelor or Master students in the field of logistics & Supply Chain Management or in Business Administration with logistics specification/course

• English (very good)

Experience Level

Must have:

• Understanding of Logistics processes and terminology

• High problem solving skills
• Professional and friendly appearance towards our clients
• Motivation to learn and contribute
• Talent in managing multiple workstreams and tasks

Preferred:

• Working experience in customer service or project delivery

• Experience of working in global, regional and country environments
• Affinity & insights into the eCom market / eCom needs
