Your Impact in Digital Transformation

Our Global Commercial Excellence unit is modernizing the agricultural business by enhancing customer centricity. As an intern, you will be a vital part of a global digital transformation project, driving change within the PMO structure. Your contributions will directly influence business outcomes and customer experiences.

• Plan and prioritize key measures to drive the global transformation forward.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop creative communication and change management strategies.
• Design high-impact presentations for top management to support strategic decision-making.
• Create target-group-specific materials, including user journeys and leadership toolkits.
• Maintain and manage a network of global stakeholders and key contacts.

Your Profile

We are looking for proactive students who are ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
• Initial experience in project management, change management, or strategic consulting.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and familiarity with PMO tools and change methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills; German knowledge is a plus.
• A reliable team player with a structured work style and strong communication skills.
