We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) - with a green heart - to join our young international team. We develop and run cloud-based software applications, built to optimize the construction and operation of a global fleet of renewable energy power plants. Your primary tasks will focus on frontend and backend development and together with our data engineers and data scientists you will help to create deep insights and enable smarter decisions for our BayWa r.e. colleagues.

Your primary tasks will focus on frontend and backend development and together with our data engineers and data scientists you will help to create deep insights and enable smarter decisions for our BayWa r.e. colleagues.
What You Will Do
- You will work in team with developers, data engineers, data scientists, product managers and business users to scope and deliver software solutions.
- You will integrate and manage well-functioning databases, data warehouse solutions and applications together with our data engineers.
- You will participate and contribute to a team approach to software development and problem-solving using Agile/Scrum practices.
- You will design and develop web services components for cross-application solutions following our cloud security guidance and integrating in our IT landscape.
- You will coordinate and prioritize application modifications and bug fixes.
Your Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend web development.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Motivated to deliver high quality solutions – well tested and following coding best practices.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Renewable energy market and technology experience or know-how.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
- Experience with containerized applications in the cloud (i.e Docker).
- Familiarity with modern concepts for structured and unstructured data and data lake house concepts (ideally Databricks or Snowflake).
- Experience with time series databases such as Timescale Cluster, Greenplum, InfluxDB, or Tida.
