What does the role involve?

As an Junior Test Engineer, you will focus on the independent testing of power tools and the associated accessories. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and statistical evaluation of measurements and tests and operate our latest testing and measuring technology. Through your drive and knowledge, you actively contribute to the further development of this technology.

Thanks to your strong team orientation, you coordinate closely with colleagues in various technology and development projects, always keeping your goals in mind. You present your work results in project and steering committees and thus ensure open and clear communication within the project teams and to the management.

As part of your first leadership experience, you will coordinate tasks and workflows with internal and external partners, supervise and coach external employees and student projects.

We will accompany you intensively during your career start and support you both in professional challenges and through coaching and mentoring. In this way, you will gain comprehensive insights into the processes of our product development and gain experience with various departments.

We place great emphasis on professional development: around 80% of management positions are filled by internal candidates.

What you need is:

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related disciplines
First experience in planning, execution and evaluation of experiments desirable
High affinity for practical activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
