WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In this role you will be responsible for the Central European Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team by focusing on two main topics that should ideally be balanced: Enhancing Recruiting and Employer Branding on a central European and local level as well as ensuring the transformation and change within the department. You will partner with (global) colleagues from our unique HR community to drive the following topics:

• Manage the holistic recruiting process as well as the qualification of recruiters and ensure KPIs to manage all relevant recruiting and employer branding measures
• Develop and implement talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to ensure consistent candidate selection processes and thus an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire Hilti organization
• Ensure the organizational transformation of our Central European Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding department to become one of the best competence centers with the aim to make our recruiting scalable and to ensure a high-quality, data driven recruiting process
• Collaborate with other HR functions to share best practices, deliver value-added solutions, implement core HR initiatives and ensure an optimal utilization of our internal and external talent pool
• Define and use candidate-oriented channels (e. g. social media, video material) to transport Hilti’s unique corporate culture
• Lead our Employer Branding and Recruiting team disciplinarily and functionally

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• Degree in business administration, human resources management or any related field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, ideally within an international matrix organization
• Consulting background is an asset
• Experience in leading teams functionally and legally
• Experience in the field of change management
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as “get it done” mentality
• Willingness to travel occasionally and international mobility (medium-term) as this position offers the opportunity of an international career
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as fluency in German and English
