Situated in the heart of Kreuzberg, ATELIER DOUGH produces the best doughnuts in Berlin while upholding traditional French craftsmanship.

While we are not a specialty coffee shop, we do serve third wave, specialty coffee & hold high standards from the beans we use to the preparation of drinks. Our new Head Barista will need to have good knowledge and experience working with specialty coffee.

Ideally you have/are:

• 2+ years experience with Speciality Coffee
• Confidence in managing, extraction, steaming milk and maintaining work flows
• In-depth knowledge of LaMarzocco machines
• Service and teamwork oriented
• Ability to train novice Baristas
• Passionate about customer service
• Motivated and responsible
• Weekend availability
