• Determine and execute Trade compliance strategy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs and export control laws and regulations
• Develop and execute risk assessments, trainings and internal controls
• Build productive relationships internally and externally
• Manage Internal and External Audits
• Create metrics and predictive analytics for visibility and decision making

• Ensure prioritization and smooth customs operations

• Trade Compliance experience in a multinational and multicultural company
• Strong expertise in (special) customs procedures
• Extensive knowledge of Sanctions & Export Controls
• Curious, self-starter, nimble and fun to hang out with

• Excellent communication skills; both in English and German
