• A university degree in logistics, management, finance, or a relevant field
• Strong inbound logistics knowledge and business acumen
• Experience in procurement methodologies and category management
• A background in a multinational company, in logistics and supply chain departments
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
• A solution-oriented mindset and open-minded team player attitude
• Proficiency in procurement tools and data management/automation

• Drive Procurement Inbound strategy, in alignment with the overall Global Logistics strategy
• Run and oversee inbound tenders and ensure full commercial compliance of logistics service providers:
  • You collaborate with sales subsidiaries, colleagues in local procurement as well as with the legal and finance team to ensure contracts meet business needs, compliance standards and risk management requirements
  • Your responsibilities include the monitoring and managing of the contract performance. That implies the compliance with terms and conditions and addressing any issues or disputes that arise.

• Responsible for any ad-hoc operational tasks regarding logistics procurement

• Responsible for root cause analysis in case of system malfunctions and system updates
• Analyze inbound logistics costs and provide background behind the cost developments
• Providing guidance to procurement team on contract management best practices and category specific aspects is part of your job.
